I think used to see shadow people as a kid.

When I used to live in my flat as a kid I used to see shadows running across my hallway and in the corner of my eye but when I used to look to see where they went they were gone. When I used to play outside I used to see the shadows running past me. Was this just me seeing things or are these really shadow people messing with me? I used to see them until I was 9-10
