Cursed flat

My friend owns an apartment. He does not live there but he leased it to other people. The last tenants have moved about 2 years ago,because of the old lady who lived above them. She claimed that those guys wanted to murder and\or poison her, she called the police multiple times and ultimately made the lfe of those people a living nightmare.

Last year my friend had financial difficulties and he had to move to that flat but he decided to reinnovate it as it was empty for aboout a year or so. And the reparment works are impossible to conduct. Everything is doomed to fail for example painting the walls was a pain. Scratches, bumps, bubbles out of thin air, we put about 4-5 layers of paint on each wall in the appartment but still we got those nasty eye-catching flaws. There was a gas leakage, even thou nobody used a cooker and the pipes were relatively new. If you want to come to the apartment, be ready that your carwill break in a mid-way. My car, my friend````````'s car and multiple cars of the workers fell from that curse. And the list of small hindrannces can go on and on. So he decided to cleanse the apartmant, just to make sure he did everything in his power.

About two weeks ago he called a professional to come and cleanse the apartment. She said it will take her about week to cleanse and she warned that whatever is in that flat is going to fight the cleansing so everything can get worse during the ritual. Several days later she called my friend and told him that the cause of his troubles is that old lady i mentioned earlier. She asked him to pour some special ash she had prepared near that woman's door so that old lady had to step over it. This ritual had to be done on Thursday this week but she called my friend and said that something went wrong and she will give him the ash next Monday. My friend, unfortunetely, planed to reinnovate the ceiling and it went horribly wrong. The first time he called the workers that lady came into the apartment and began yelling that the noise is driving her crazy. He asked her to live the property but she refused and when threatened with the police she finallu leaved. But the troubles did not end there. The DPS ceiling was torn and the work wad halted till the next day. The next day when the workers came something strange had happened. One of the guys asked my friend about weird lines on the wall. These lines were the exact placing of the electrical wiring (can prove with photos). The walls are grey and the lines were light white. We were shocked and confused. That evening our cleansing maam called and said that the cleansing ritual has to be halted because that old lady is a powerfull witch (??), I'm not a believer but that is creepy as hell. Even if that lady has to do something with that apartmnet, i can not explain her motives.

Did anyone have similar expiriences? How did you deal with it?
