Help, are we haunted...or are we all just going crazy?

Hey guys, me and my housemates have been having some weird things happen the last few months and were wondering if you could help us out at all…

So basically 4 of us live in an old terraced house which is now student accommodation. Due to the fact it is old its fairly creeky and drafty, but some of the experiences we have had are unexplainable to this fact. Here is a complete list of things which we have all experienced;

  1. In Olivias room the sensored night light goes off with no one moving

  2. In the same room the floorboards always creek of their own accord by the sink

  3. A shadow ‘walks’ past the blind of her room also

  4. Gabby, who lives on the same floor, experienced sleep paralysis of a creature coming to get her (like slender man with long fingers)

  5. At the same time event number 4 occurred Olivia felt a presence in her room directly parallel to where the creature was of Gabby experiencing sleep paralysis

  6. Gabby heard her name whispered into her ear when in the bathroom alone- everyone else was in their own rooms 1-2 floors up (at 3 am, witching hour…)

  7. All of us hear people walking around the house when no one is about, mostly up and down the stairs, on the top floor- the same floor as Gabby and Olivia live on, and in Olivias room.

  8. Olivia and Chloe were sat in Olivias room and thought they had heard Gabby walk past to go downstairs but she had not left her room and I was at work at the time

  9. Olivia was sat upstairs, heard someone walk upstairs, turn around and go back down the stairs whilst Gabby was the only one at home cooking dinner in the kitchen on the bottom floor

  10. Gabby and Olivia were outside and Chloe heard someone walking upstairs when I was at work

  11. Chloe was home alone and the rest of us had been out of the house for a few hours. She had gone to make a cup of tea and the kettle was hot as if it had just been boiled

  12. Olivia was going to sleep last night and was drifting off, half dreaming, when she saw faces coming towards her with their eyes being gouged out and skulls menacingly floating in her direction. She fully woke herself up and heard footsteps walking around her room, as well as creaking and clicking by her sink. Her nightlight was insanely bright, much more than usual, lighting up the whole room rather than being a dull glow. Olivia went to leave the room and as she went to do so the door handle was cold as ice- it had not got this cold even in the winter when there was snow (so it was not weather permitting).

  13. Whenever guests have visited all odd occurrences have stopped, but have started up again stronger than ever a few weeks since our last visitor

  14. Olivia and Chloe were downstairs and could hear the sound of heavy furniture being moved around on the middle floor

  15. Olivia had sleep paralysis of a guy next to her

  16. When we had the heating on all of the house was warm bar Olivia and Gabby’s rooms, on the top floor where the most odd noises are heard- this does not make sense considering heat rises, therefore their rooms should be the warmest…right?

  17. We keep hearing strange noises that sound very vocal

  18. We keep getting mould in very specific areas the house which is linked to haunted houses, these areas are dry and aired well
